Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund once your claim is verified.

Incorrect Orders

We aim to get every order right, but mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly send you the correct product or issue a refund to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our sauces, we cannot accept returns for opened, partially used, or promotional items. Refunds are only available for items that are damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
